Feel Free Again
with Feldenkrais

Gentle. Surprising. Transformative.

Be more flexible.

Feel more vibrant.

Delight in your body.

Our bodies are exquisitely designed to move easily, fluidly and efficiently, yet too often we feel tension, tightness, or even pain. That’s not your natural state, and it’s not inevitable. Through the Feldenkrais Method®, you will discover simple ways to improve how you move and enjoy how you feel.

The results are delicious!.

How it works

These verbally instructed group Awareness Through Movement® sessions help your body reclaim the flexibility, strength and grace it is capable of and let you move as you wish, easily. While sitting or laying in a comfortable position, Leeza’s voice will gently guide you through simple movements that remind your nervous system how effortless moving can be. The subtle movements powerfully heighten your sense of wellbeing.

Through gentle, mindful movements, Feldenkrais helps retrain the brain and nervous system, breaking patterns of tension and compensatory movement that contribute to discomfort. It’s often used to manage conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

As you walk out the door and into your life, you will feel the difference in your body and sense how fun it is to move! Whether you have an injury, tension or simply seek to explore more freedom of movement, this retreat offers you delightful results positively impacting all you do – walking, driving, working, playing!
